The current health guidelines and the uncertainties about the evolution of the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic lead us to postpone to May 2022 the CBRNE R&I 2021 Conference in its hybrid version (face-to-face & virtual). However, we plan to organize a virtual seminar in May 2021. We will inform you asap of this seminar program.
The last 20 years have demonstrated that both military and civilian populations could be exposed to highly hazardous CBRNE agents following conflicts, natural outbreaks and disasters, industrial incidents or terrorist attacks.
Worldwide, research, responders and industrial capacities have been engaged to provide adapted answers to these challenges.
Building on the success of the first 3 International Conferences « CBRNE Research and Innovation » which took place in Antibes (2015), Lyon (2017) and Nantes (2019), we wanted to give you a new opportunity to build up or strengthen collaborative networks in Lille (May 17-20, 2021). « Capital of Flanders », Lille is ideally located at a crossroad between Brussels, Paris and London. Consequently, our main guideline for this 2021 edition of the Conference will be dedicated to cross-border collaborations to face CBRNE threats- and risks-related challenges.
The 1st day of the Conference will be devoted to responders’ feedbacks and expression of needs. The following days will focus on scientific updates. They will also include workshops and presentations of innovative materials and technologies.
Looking forward to your proposals for communication and to welcoming you at Lille in May 2021!
